I try and do a simple cut and paste(1 cell)  or row insertion(1 row) and my Excel 2010 will crash and its getting really old as this has been going ion for some time. I have windows 7 64 bit with 16 GIGS RAM. I have gone to the event viewer and here is the message:

Can someone please tell me what to do to fix this nightmare?
